IRMA is a premier Institute which is engaged in teaching, training, research and consultancy in rural management thereby addressing the priorities of the nation. From those aspiring for academic career and seeking to enhance their teaching and research experience, IRMA invites applications for the position of Academic Associate in the in the area of Economics.

Job responsibilities: Academic Associate will work closely with faculty members in the area and assist them in undertaking following activities:
● Assist the faculty in evaluation of Class Participation
● Assist the faculty in searching material for course pack
● Assist the faculty in designing quizzes and examinations
● Assist the faculty in evaluating answer papers and assigning of grading
● Assist the faculty in taking tutorial classes
● Attend the invigilation duties as and when assigned by PRM/FPRM/PRMX office
● Facilitating group assignments to students

The Academic Associate considered for the position will be expected to hone their abilities and leave the Institute richer for the experience armed with the ability to take up higher positions in well-known institutions.

Required qualifications: Post-graduate in Economics with a minimum of 55% is qualified to apply. Candidates should be fluent in MS office and data analytic applications like SPSS / STATA / R.

Remuneration: The selected candidate will be given a consolidated salary of Rs.30,000/- per month.
Duration: Appointments will be made purely on contract basis for a period of two years with a probation period of one year. The contract will be extendable by one year depending upon suitability to both parties.

Age: Not more than 35 years of age.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview; the interview may also be done from remote measures. Travel fare by AC III tier will be reimbursed for candidates invited to campus for interview. The selected candidate should join at a short notice

Applicant must be a permanent resident of Gujarat state.

The girls must belong to a poor family with an annual income of less than 2 years.

Even before the ozone layer gap caused mass destruction on Earth, could happen again

A large asteroid collided with the Earth 66 million years ago.  This killed 75 percent of the world's living creatures.  Smoke has been in the sky for thousands of years.  Even the light of the sun was not reaching the earth.  But, even before this incident a horrible incident had taken place.  Which wiped out all the earth's plants and marine life.  Now experts claim the incident could happen a second time.

The destruction was caused by a gap in the ozone layer

 About 360 million years ago the plants and marine life on our planet became extinct.  This was due to a gap in the ozone layer.  This information has come in a new research which has been published in a magazine called Science Advance.

 The research report states that the depletion of the ozone layer 360 million years ago led to the extinction of life, plants, marine life, etc. in underwater water.  In some places on earth there was only fire.  There was terrible heat.

This research was done when scientists found very small plants in the holes of some ancient rocks when this plant was studied.  However, some of these plants were safe but the rest were burnt to ashes.

 When scientists studied the DNA of damaged plants, they found that they had been burned or damaged by the sun's ultraviolet rays.  After which the scientists became annoyed.  This is because the ozone layer that protects us from the sun's harmful rays has once caused such a big event.

 Further studies revealed that the increase in heat due to the depletion of the ozone layer increased volcanic activity within the Earth.  Volcanoes erupted in some countries.  There was a terrible catastrophe.  After which the whole world was devastated.

 But when the Earth's atmosphere became so hot, the Ice Age began.  Which caused life to begin again in the world.  The warming earth slowly began to cool.  Now scientists have once again explained that if such a rift in the ozone layer occurs again, this 36 million year old phenomenon could be reversed.  No one will be able to save the earth again.

Will Tarak Mehta leave Sodhi, find out what the producer said

TV show Tarak Mehta's Ulta Chashma has been entertaining viewers for a long time.  People are intimately connected with each of the characters in the show.  According to the news, Gurucharan Singh, who played the role of Sodhi in the show, has made up his mind to leave the show.  The show's producer Asit Modi has given a statement on this.

Sodhi is leaving the show for personal reasons

 Media reports have claimed that Gurucharan has decided to stop shooting for Tarak Mehta's upside down glasses for personal reasons and he has informed the production house of his decision.  Sodhi has also given him a character in this regard.

 Now the show's producer Asit Modi has reacted to Gurucharan Singh's quitting the show by saying, "I don't really know when Spotboy asked him."  Where is this spread from?  I have not received any such letter from Gurucharan Singh.  Right now I'm busy writing and setting our resume shooting dates.

6000 rupees will not come in the account of 12 lakh farmers, do it this way check maybe your name is not there

The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sanman Nidhi Yojana was announced last year.  Under this scheme, the central government transfers money directly to farmers' bank accounts.  The next installment under this scheme will be transferred to the farmers' account from August 1, 2020.  Now this scheme has undergone a major change.  Union Minister of State for Agriculture Kailash Chaudhary said that the scope of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sanman Nidhi Yojana has been widened.  Out of this, 2 crore more farmers will get Rs. 6000.

Changing this rule will benefit more than 2 crore farmers

 Minister of State for Agriculture Kailash Chaudhary says the responsibility of owning up to 2 hectares of arable land has been abolished.  Now all the land holding farming families will benefit.  The reform will benefit 20 million more farmers.  Let me tell you that this is the plan of the Central Government, it was announced in the budget on February 1, 2019.

 Earlier, under this scheme, small and marginal farming families were given Rs. 6000.  Such farming families benefit from the scheme, whose total land was up to 2 hectares.  Now this rule has been removed.  This money is given to the farmer in three installments of Rs. 2000-2000.

 Money is transferred directly to the farmer's account under Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).  The process of transferring money from DBT remains transparent.  In addition, the farmer saves a lot of time.

The next installment will come on August 1st

 The next installment under PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi Yojana will come on August 1.  Despite being registered in the scheme, if an installment of Rs 2,000 is not credited to a farmer's account, he can check the status of his application from home.  Visit PM Farmer's website pmkisan.gov.in.  Look at the menu bar on the home page and go to 'Farmer's Corner' here.

  Click on BeneficiaryStatus here.  Now on this page you will see 3 options to know the status of your form.  Aadhaar number, account number and mobile number.  Click or tap on one of these.  Now enter the number in the option you selected and click on Get Data. 

You will now see the status this way.  If you have applied to take advantage of this scheme and now you want to see your name in the list of beneficiaries, the government has now also provided this facility online for you.

 The new list of PM Kisan Sanman Nidhi Yojana 2020 can be checked on the government website pmkisan.gov.in.  Even 18 months after the launch of the scheme to deprive 12 lakh farmers in West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee has not implemented it in West Bengal.

  More than 70 lakh farmers are bearing the loss.  Despite the state government's ban, 12 lakh farmers in West Bengal have applied under the scheme but the Modi government cannot give them money despite their wishes.  Mamata Banerjee is hurting the farmers there for her own political reasons.

 Putting politics aside, if the Chief Minister implements this scheme, farmers can get help of Rs 6,000.  Apart from West Bengal, 9.94 crore farmers have benefited from this.
